Judges want to see how the young women present themselves, their confidence, and their fluidity of speech. This provides an opportunity for the judges to see characteristics of a great role model and community representative.

Wear business attire that represents you. Make sure make up is natural and lighter than 'Stage Makeup'. Have polished paperwork; use appropriate grammar, be honest and original, and follow the specified format. Be approachable and genuine, remember that the judges are real people.
